Ghostrider,T-dog, chicken hawk & ? will again be representing West Coast/Cali and (being we beat them last year) I am sure will be gunning for revenge.
Time to get off the couch and on the trainer....and next week I'll be joining a gym and checking out the spin class at Plaines. I have started doing 30-60 min trainer spins and I feel the motivation returning quickly!
Heather will be at the old pueblo, defending her last years solo female win. awesome
